摘要
我国的家庭农场是规模与组织形式介于小农家庭和雇工农场之间的农业组织,本研究对比分析了三者的成本收益及家庭农场的形成机制、发展现状,并运用数据包络方法剖析了家庭农场的运行效率。研究表明家庭农场具有运行效率高于小农家庭和雇工农场的可能性,但我国家庭农场现阶段存在投入冗余与产出不足的低效率现象。因此,相关部门在鼓励、推动家庭农场建设与发展的同时,要杜绝出现家庭农场盲目扩大耕地面积和增加雇佣劳动力等现象,应有效转移家庭农场内部富余的家庭劳动力。
Family farm is an agriculture organization that the scale and organization are all between small - scale peasant families and employees farms. This study compares and analyzes the cost and benefit of them, formation mechanism and development status of family farm, and analyzes the operation efficiency of family farm by the method of data envelopment analytical method. Research shows that, the family farm has the possibility that its efficiency is higher than the small - scale peasant household and employees farms. But now the Chinese family farm has some phenomena of input redundancy and output deficiency. So at the same time of encouraging and promoting the construction and development of the family farm, the government should eliminate the situation of increasing land and hiring without thinking, and effectively transfer surplus labor force from family farms to outside.
