摘要
目的:优选黄连的提取工艺。方法:以总生物碱的含量为指标,采用星点设计-效应面法对乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、提取时间进行考察。结果:最优提取工艺为12倍量含80﹪乙醇回流提取3次,每次0.5 h。结论:优化后的工艺稳定可行,可用于黄连的提取。
Objective： To optimize the extraction process of Coptidis Rhizoma. Methods： Using central composite design and response surface method to investigate the Fufang Gehuang osmotic pump tablet extraction with ethanol concentration, dosage of ethanol, extraction time. Results： The optimal extraction process of Fufang Gehuang osmotic pump tablet is： 12 times the amount of 80% ethanol, extracted three times, each time for 0. 5 hours. Conclusion： The optimized process is stable and feasible, and can be used for extracting Fufang Gehuang osmotic pump tablet.
