摘要
目前沥青混合料的生产工艺有两种,即预拌式工艺和直投式工艺。通过室内试验收集两种生产工艺所排放的有害气体类别和排放量。检测结果表明:混合料生产过程中排放出含有CxHy、CO、SO2、NO、NO2、VOC和沥青烟尘等7种有毒气体,并且相比预拌式工艺,直投式工艺能够降低51.32%的总烟气排放,具有良好的减排效果。
At present, there are two production process of the asphalt mixture: wet process and dry process.The category and emission of harmful gas from two production process are collected by the indoor tests. Test results shows that there are seven kinds of harmful gases containing CxHy, CO, SO2, NO, NO2, VOC and asphalt dust discharging from the production process of mixture. And compared with the wet process, dry process can reduce 51.32% of the total harmful gas and has good emission reduction.
