摘要
根据高速公路表面层沥青混合料用粗集料质量技术要求,针对石灰岩粗集料的针片状含量对集料压碎值、骨架的影响和对沥青混凝土的高温稳定性、水稳定性的影响进行了试验研究,并分析了集料含泥量对沥青混凝土的水稳定性、高温稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,针片状含量对于集料性能影响显著,含泥量对于沥青混凝土的各项路用性能都有明显影响。对高速公路沥青面层用粗集料,针片状颗粒含量按10%控制,含泥量技术指标建议采用0.
On the basis of quality criteria for coarse aggregates used in motorway pavement surface course, the influence of flat and elongated particles and clay content in limestone coarse aggregate on crushed stone value, coarse aggregate skeleton, as well as asphalt concrete high temperature stability and water stability was studied. The results reveal that the content of flat and elongated particles and clay has a clear effect on the performance of coarse t concrete respectively. It is suggested that the content of flat and elongated particles should be less than 10% and the clay content should be less than 0.5% for coarse aggregate of motorway asphalt surface course
