摘要
从事业单位的特点和工资分配现状出发，论述了事业单位实行按劳分配与按要素分配相结合是社会主义现阶段的最佳选择，提出了实行二者相结合的原则与构想。
Starting with the characteristics and the presen t status of salary distribution of public institutions,this paper expounds that it is the optimal choice in the present stage of socialism for the public instit utions to combine the distribution according to labor and the distribution accor ding to elements and puts forward the principles and conceptions of the applicat ion in combining the two distributions.
