摘要
目的分析玉树与芦山地震伤员伤情特点和康复需求。方法回顾性分析两次地震伤员性别、年龄、受伤因素、受伤部位、功能障碍、康复需求的情况。结果玉树地震伤员以压榨伤、砸伤为主,占77.7%,高于芦山(25.9%);芦山地震伤员以摔伤、挤压伤为主,占66.2%,高于玉树(24.4%);玉树地震伤员功能障碍受限程度明显重于芦山,需要康复的患者玉树44例,占97.8%,亦明显高于芦山(83.7%)。结论根据地理环境、民族风俗等条件差异,应及时做好有效的应急预案;根据康复评估结果,应制订个体化方案,尽早介入康复治疗,降低致残率。
Objective To analyze the yushu and forth seismic casualties injury characteristics and rehabilitation re-quirement. Method In our hospital were retrospectively studied two earthquake victims of gender, age, injury fac-tors, injury parts and dysfunction, rehabilitation needs. Result The main injury factors of Yushu earthquake victims are crush injury, hitting by falling object which contribute 77. 7%, while falls, crush injuries are the main injury factors in lushan earthquake which make up 66. 2%. The dysfunctions of the two earthquakes are Primarily pain and swelling, followed by the joint activity disorders and walking disorders. The victims of yushu earthquake hurt worse than those in lushan earthquake. There are in total 44 victims of yushu earthquake require rehabilitation occupying 97. 8% of the whole victims, which is more than the lushan earthquake victims whose rehabilitation requirement rate is 83. 7%. Conclusion The earthquake emergency preplans should be made according to the differences of geogra-phy, ethnic customs, etc. Rehabilitation training plans should be made as early as possible and individually to re-duce disability rate.
