摘要
本文介绍了一种高灵敏度硅压式加速度计的工作原理、结构、工艺技术及测定方法 ,得到了能提高加速度传感器输出性能的有价值的结论。
A high sensitivity silicon peroresistanc accelerometer's working principle, structure, fabricating technology and testing method are worked out and some valuable conclusions in improving peroresistanc accelerometer's properties are also gained in this paper.
