摘要
给出阶梯轴弯曲固有振动精确的分析方法。该法亦可用于工程中阶梯梁弯曲固有振动分析。
This paper presented an accurate analytical method for the natural bending vibration of step beams.It can be used for the analysis of natural bending vibration of step shafts in engineering.We calculated the natural frequencies and mode of vibration for a five stepped Si beam of Si piezoresistive accelerometer.
