摘要
为研究牵引电机电磁线线圈绝缘的降解影响因素,将电磁线在300℃下进行热老化试验,分析其介质损耗因数、电容、电流增量、绝缘电阻及击穿电压等电性能随老化时间的变化规律。结果表明:试样的介质损耗因数、电容和电流增量随热老化时间的延长呈增大趋势,绝缘电阻呈减小趋势,击穿电压变化不明显,不能用剩余击穿电压等效其剩余寿命,而诊断指数可以作为评判电磁线老化程度的一个新参数。
In order to study the degradation influence factors of inverter-fed traction motor magnetic wire insulation, magnetic wires were thermal aged at 300 ℃, and the change law of their dielectric loss fac-tor, capacitance, current increment, insulation resistance and breakdown voltage with the aging time was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of thermal aging time, the dielectric loss factor, capaci-tance and current increment increase, insulation resistance decreases, and the breakdown voltage changes little, therefore the residual breakdown voltage cannot be used to equal the residual life. The diagnostic index can be used as a new parameter to evaluate the aging degree of magnetic wire.
