摘要
采用旋转磁场的方法对Al Si合金浇注过程进行处理 ,改善其结晶组织 ,得出了不同合金成分、浇注温度、磁场强度、铸型温度等工艺参数在旋转磁场条件下对结晶组织的影响。
A revolving magnetic field was applied during the casting of an Al Si alloy, and its solidified structure was investigated. The effects of processing parameters such as alloy composition, pouring temperature, mould temperature , magnetic field intensity and etc. on the solidified structure are discussed.
