非枝晶半固态浆料制备技术的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 总结了搅拌法、SIMA法、液相线法和倾斜板(管)法等非枝晶半固态浆料制备技术的原理、优缺点及研究进展;同时介绍了半固态浆料制备的新工艺及数值模拟技术在浆料制备中的应用,展望了其发展前景。 The principle,the advantage,the weakness and the research development of nondendritic semi-solid slurry preparation technologies have been summarized,the technologies are Stirring, SlMA, Near-liquidus Cast,Cooling Slope (Tube),etc.Some new technologies of semi-solid slurry preparation and the application of numerical simulation in semi-solid slurry preparation have been introduced at the same time.The development foreground of semi-solid slurry preparation technologies is prospected at last.
