摘要 介绍了出口日本的材料牌号为FC200的排气管铸件的结构及特点,采用原铸造工艺方案,铸件出现气孔、起皮等铸造缺陷,半年综合废品率达到了53.54%。通过充型过程模拟,改进浇注系统,严格控制浇注时间等措施,铸件废品率下降到了3.62%,基本上消除了起皮及气孔等铸造缺陷。 Framework and feature of exhaust pipe casting with Japanese standard FC200 were introduced. Gas hole and peeling of casting appeared in prima~ casting plan,total rejection rate was about 53.54% in the near half a year. The improvement of gating system and the reasonable control of pouring time was carried out by simulating filling process, casting rejection rate was decreased to 3.62% and the cast defects of peeling and gas hole were almost eliminated.
