摘要
介绍了一种新型注射成型技术———薄壳成型 (TWM )技术 ,阐述了TWM的工艺特点、制品、模具设计和材料的选择 ,探讨了TWM技术的CAE分析技术 ,讨论了成型过程中粘度的压力依赖性 ,确立了适于TWM分析的粘度模型。
This paper introduces a new injection molding technology——Thin Wall Molding(TWM) technology , describes TWM's process characters, parts and tooling design and the selection of material, mainly researches the CAE technology of TWM and the pressure dependence of viscosity during processing and establishes the viscosity model for the CAE analysis of TWM.
