摘要
针对钛合金压气机盘的等温流变成形过程 ,应用有限元数值模拟方法 ,对热加工规范许可的某一成形温度和不同应变速率下的流变成形过程进行了分析和比较。模拟结果包括一系列人机交互自动生成的流变过程图、等效应变场、挤压力曲线及等温度场等 ,从数值模拟“实验”的角度 ,对热流变成形过程进行了不可逆过程热力学分析 ,并对等温流变成形件进行了低倍流线、金相组织。
The isothermal rheological forming process analysis for titanium alloy compressor disk,was carried out by applying the computer numerical simulation based on FEM,and compared under a certain temperature and different strain rates.A series of results including rheological procedure,equivalent strain field,extrusion force curve and temperature field etc.,produced automatically by man machine interface,were obtained.The analysis of irreversible thermo dynamical process of thermal rheological forming,was also done in numerical simulation 'experiment'.Besides, the low power flow line,the microstructure and the mechanical properties were tested for the isothermal rheological forming part.
