摘要
介绍铝合金(Lc4)零件热流变成形的有限元数值模拟.其中包括对金属在模具型腔中的流变过程、速度场、等应力场、等应变场、等温度场的数值模拟. 结果表明:其模拟结果不但与实际情况非常相似。
In this paper, the FE numerical simulation of the thermal-rheological forming of aluminum alloy (Lc4)part (shown in Fig.1) was carried out, including the numerical simulation of rheological process in the mold cave, velocity field, equivalent stress field, equivalent strain field, equivalent temperature field etc.,the results of which not only were similar to the actual situation, but also testified the results derived theoretically form literatures.
