摘要
利用静态浸泡法通过绘制增重率 -时间曲线及采用红外光谱研究高温条件下环氧粉末涂层耐介质 (水、碱 )渗透的能力 ,探讨了高温 ( 10 0℃~ 12 0℃ )与低温 (T <10 0℃ )下该涂层中的介质传输行为 .结果表明 :在环境温度高于玻璃化转变温度时 ,涂层抗介质渗透能力差 ;在环境温度小于玻璃化转变温度时 ,涂层抗介质渗透能力强 .介质温度在 10 0℃~ 12 0℃范围内 ,环氧涂层与其在低温条件下同样具有良好的耐碱性 .
Epoxy powder coating resistance to corrosion medium in high temperature solution is investigated using static immersion method and infrared spectroscopy, analyzed medium transport behavior between 100℃ to 120℃ and between 100℃.Experience results show:(1)When the medium temperture is higher than T g,epoxy powder coating resistance to corrosion medium is worse.When the medium temperature is lower than T g, Epoxy powder coating resistance to corrosion medium is better.(2)Epoxy powder coatings in high temperature solution(100℃≤ T ≤120℃)have same good alkali-resistance as that in low temperature solution( T <100℃).
