颅咽管瘤的手术治疗被引量：1

摘要尽管上世纪初人们己认识颅咽管瘤并不断研究其可行的治疗方案 ,但至今颅咽管瘤的手术治疗仍然是神经外科界具有挑战性的课题。选择合适的手术方式对于彻底切除肿瘤、提高生存率、防止并发症及肿瘤复发具有重要的意义。本文结合病理对手术及预后的影响因素作一综述。
