摘要
目的观察糖尿病足经内科综合治疗的临床效果。方法选择2012年1月至2013年2月的30例糖尿病足患者作为研究对像,并对所有患者行内科综合治疗。评价治疗效果,比较治疗前、后的血糖和糖化血红蛋白、足部皮肤温度。结果经分析发现,本组内治疗的总有效率为90%;与治疗前相比,患者的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、足部皮肤温度都有明显降低。结论内科综合治疗是糖尿病足的有效治疗方式。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of diabetic foot by the Department of internal medicine, comprehensive treatment. Method Selection of our hospital in 2012 January-2013 year in February 30 cases of diabetic foot patients as the research object, and all the patients underwent Department of internal medicine, comprehensive treatment. Therapeutic effect evaluation, before, after the blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin, foot skin temperature treatment. Result The analysis found that, in the treatment group total effectiveness is 90%;compared with before treatment, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, foot skin temperature is decreased obviously. Conclusion Department of internal medicine, comprehensive therapy is effective in treatment of diabetic foot.
