摘要
目的探讨糖尿病足临床发病相关因素及综合治疗的疗效。方法对34例糖尿病足进行资料分析,采用中西医、内外科相结合的综合治疗,总结其疗效。结果34例糖尿病足经综合治疗后治愈率26.5%,总有效率73.5%,与糖尿病足级别有关。结论综合治疗疗效较好,但是糖尿病教育,糖尿病足早期诊断、早期治疗需进一步加强。
Objective To investigate the pathogenic factors of diabetic foot and the effect of complex treatment. Methods The clinical data of 34 patients with diabetic foot was analyzed. The effect of complex treatment by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, combination of surgical treatment and medicine was evaluated after treatment. Results In 34 patients with diabetic foot, the curative rate was 26.5 %, the total effective rate was 73.5 %, it related to the grade of diabetic foot. Conclusions Complex treatment is effective on patients with diabetic foot and the education, early diagnosis and treatment for patients should be strengthened.
