摘要
针对北方地区老旧住宅屋面渗漏现象,结合多年屋面大修工程施工经验,从住宅屋面系统的施工和管理角度对卷材防水屋面渗漏原因进行了分析,提出了老旧住宅屋面大修工程的质量控制措施。
According to the roof leakage at old residential buildings in North of China, the paper analyzes the leakage reasons for the waterproof rolled materials from the construction and management of the residential roof system by combining with many-year construction experience for roof repairs, and points out the quality control measures for the roof repair projects of old residential houses.
