摘要
采用三元丁橡胶卷材进行屋面大修，不需铲除原有卷材防水层，不影响房屋正常使用；冷法施工，无火灾隐患，不污染环境，防水层弹性好，抗老化30年以上，抗往复变形性能好，特别适合于铁路附近房屋屋面大修。本文介绍三元丁橡胶卷材的技术性能，在屋面大修中的应用设计、施工技术和经济技术效果分析。
It is no need to shovel away the waler-proof layer of the original roller when having a major repair of the roof with EPDM butyl rubber rollr, and the normal residence of the building is not affected. The major repair with EPDM butyl rubber roller adopts cold construction without any danger of fire disaster and does not pollute the environment. The water proof layer has a good elasticity and a weathering proof duration of over 30 years, which is best suited to buildings near railways during major repair. This article introduces the technical properties of the EPDM butyl rubber roller, and the result analysis of its application design, construction and economic technology during majorrepair of the roof.
