摘要
以人为本的教育内涵体现在尊重学生的主体性、培养学生鲜活的个性、观照学生的全面持续发展等方面。当前高校教育管理中以人为本的管理理念还没有真正树立。女大学生是女性群体中极富个性的一类,具有鲜明的群体素质特征。以人为本视域下女大学生的教育管理,要突出其主体地位,要注重管理的艺术性,要创新课程教育形式,要注重其心理发展能力的培养,要重视培养她们的道德价值辨析能力,等。
The connotations of people-oriented education are generally embodied in respecting students＇ subjectivity,training their personalities,emphasizing their sustainable development in an all-round way,etc.Nowadays,the concept of people-oriented management hasn＇t been really formed in higher education management.Female university students are a group of girls with rich individualities and group characteristics.Female university students＇ education management based on people-orientation should give prominence to subjectivity,emphasize the art of management,create course education,pay attention to developing psychological ability,and attach importance to cultivating moral values,etc.
