摘要
1998年以来,马来西亚邀请多所境外大学到马来西亚办分校。为了保障和完善国内高等教育质量,马来西亚逐步建立并完善了高等教育质量保障制度。在国内已有的质量保障体系的基础上,马来西亚于2007年成立了资格认证署,并制定了一系列的制度与规范,其中最重要的就是《项目认证行为规范》和《院校审核行为规范》。马来西亚高等教育质量保障制度取得了很好的效果,中国高校走出去可参考借鉴马来西亚高等教育质量保障机制。
Malaysia has invited many foreign universities to set up branch campuses since 1998.In order to assure the quality of higher education,Malaysia established MQA in 2007,and formulated a series of codes,the most important ones of which are COPPA and COPIA.Hence the quality assurance system of Malaysian higher education achieved a satisfactory result,from which Chinese universities may draw reference to ＂go out to the world.＂
