摘要
本文在生态环境概念的基础上 ,概述了西部地区生态环境发展现状 ,并剖析了造成生态环境恶化的根源 ,最后重点探讨了西部大开发过程中生态环境保护和建设的困难与对策。
Based on the conception of ecological environment,this paper summarizes the present conditions for the development of ecological environment in the west region.With the analyses of the causes of ecological environmental degradation,the author focuses the difficulties and countermeasures of Ecology Environmental protection and constructure in the course of China’s west development.
