摘要
为研究钢纤维的直径、抗拉强度和形态对活性粉末混凝土的力学性能及抗裂性能的影响,将3种直径、2种抗拉强度和3类外型的钢纤维分别掺入活性粉末混凝土中,开展了对比试验并进行了分析。试验研究结果表明:掺入异型钢纤维与平直型钢纤维相比,钢纤维混凝土具有更高的力学性能;混凝土的力学性能随着钢纤维直径的减小、抗拉强度的提高而得到增强;抗裂性能随钢纤维曲折度的增加而提高。
The mechanical properties and crack resistance of Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC) with three diameter,two kinds of tensile strength and three kinds of exterior steel fiber were investigated with the contrast test,and carried out the analysis.The results showed that de- formed-steel-fiber reinforced concrete had better mechanical properties compared with straight-steel-fiber reinforced concrete;they also indicated that the mechanical properties of concrete were improved with the diameter of steel fiber decreasing and its tensile strength increased;the crack re- sistance ofconerete was improved with its shaped degree increasing.
