摘要
对甘薯品种“遗字306”、“胜南”的茎进行了组织培养,将诱导形成的愈伤组织连同不定根一起移入不含激素的MS培养基中,得到14.3～90％由愈伤组织不定根上产生的芽苗。研究了前培养基中生长素、细胞分裂素等附加成分对愈伤组织的生长、根苗分化的影响和愈伤组织再生植株形成的途径。
Stems of sweet potato varieties 'Yi-zi 306' and 'Sheng-nan' were cultured in medium. The callus of inducation and adventitious root were removed into MS medium without adding hormone. The 14.3-90% adventitious buds from the adventitious roots of callus were obtained. The effects of pre-medium auxin, cytokinin etc. on the callus growth, root and shoot differentiations were investigated. The way of regeneration from callus was studied.
