摘要
目的对比探讨樟帮尿泡马钱子与醋泡马钱子抗炎镇痛作用。方法采用二甲苯致耳廓肿胀的抗炎实验,对比研究生品马钱子、醋泡马钱子、樟帮尿泡马钱子对小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响;采用醋酸腹腔刺激致小鼠扭体镇痛实验,对比研究生品马钱子、醋泡马钱子、樟帮尿泡马钱子对小鼠醋酸腹腔刺激的镇痛作用的影响;采用对小鼠热水甩尾潜伏期影响的镇痛实验,对比研究生品马钱子、醋泡马钱子、樟帮尿泡马钱子对小鼠热水甩尾潜伏期的影响。结果在抗炎镇痛实验中,与模型对照组相比较,醋泡马钱子与尿泡马钱子均有效的前提下,醋泡马钱子与同等剂量的尿泡马钱子相比较,均无显著性差异。结论实验结果为醋泡马钱子代替传统樟帮尿泡马钱子提供了一定的药理依据,证实了醋泡马钱子其较好的抗炎镇痛作用,因其经过炮制毒性降低,在临床上将有广泛的用途。
Objective We are going to have an experimental study of anti - inflammatory analgesic on Strychnine processed with urine and strychnine processed with vinegar. Methods Using inflammatory experiments about xylene - induced auricular swelling, and studying Strychnine, Strychnine processed with urine, Strychnine processed with vinegar have the effect on auricle swelling ; By acetic acid abdominal stimulation inducing writhing, and studying strychnine, Strychnine processed with urine, Strychnine pro- cessed with vinegar have the effect on the analgesic ;Using the experiment of the hot water tail - flick latency in mice,and studying Strychnine,strychnine processed with urine,Strychnine processed with vinegar have the effect on hot tail - flick latency in mice. Results In the trials of anti - inflammatory analgesic, compared with the model group, under the premise of Strychnine processed with urine and Strychnine processed with vinegar being valid, compared to Strychnine processed with urine with the same dose, there is no significant difference. Conclusion Experimental results provide some pharmacological basis on Strychnine processed with vinegar instead of traditional strychnine processed with urine. Confirming Strychnine processed with vinegar have the better in- flammatory and analgesic effects, there are lots of uses in the clinical.
