摘要
目的为了优化安神补脑复方制剂制备工艺,提高药效。方法正交实验法确定最佳醇沉工艺。结果药液相对密度为1.20,含醇量为60%,静置时间24 h的醇沉效果最佳。结论按优化工艺制得的制剂2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-0-β-D-葡萄糖苷、淫羊藿苷含量和出膏率高,且质量稳定。
Objective To optimize the preparative technology of anshenbunao liquid. Methods Alcohol sedimentation technology was determined by the orthogonal test. Results The optimum preparative technology was as follows, when the relative densities of liquid was 1.20, adding alcohol to 60%, then left the liquid for 24 hours. Conclusion The con- tent of 2, 3, 5, 4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-0-β-D-glueoside and ieariin, the extraction ratio of the preparation prepared by optimized the preparative technology were high and the quality of it was stable.
