摘要
目的探讨安神补脑液毒性试验的方法与结果。方法急性毒性实验:ICR小鼠分别提供tid、did、qid三线供试品,观察毒性反应及7天内存活数。长期毒性实验:ICR小鼠分别提供空白对照、高、中、低4个剂量组的供试品,qid×60d,检察各组指标数据。结果给药后小鼠无异常反应,7d内无1死亡,小鼠对供试品ig给药1d最大耐受量为111.6g.g-1。结论无论急性毒性实验或长期毒性实验,安神补脑液无明显毒性。
OBJECTIVE To invostigate the toxicity of Anshen Bunao mixture. METHODS The acute toxicity trial in mice was observed for 7 days after the drug given by tid bid and qid respectively. The chronic toxicity trial in mice was observed for 60 days after the drug given by qid with high dose,middle dose,and low dose, respectively. RESULTS The mice had no abnormal changes in sup, activity, psychosis, and etc. No mouse was died in 7 days. The maximal tolerance dose was 111. 6g · g^-1 per day. CONCLUSION Anshen Bunao mixture is safe and has no significant toxicity.
