摘要
5 0CHTA/ 6型给水泵是 30 0MW机组的主要设备 ,在我国应用广泛 ,对电厂生产起着重要作用。通过对张家口发电厂#3机组电动给水泵烧瓦的分析 ,找出了非工作面推力瓦温度过高的原因 ,为正确分析及解决温度升高导致的推力瓦设备损坏提供了思路。
Type 50CHTA/6 feed water pump is one of the most important equipment for 300 MW unit and is widely used in China. Through analyzing the cause of burnout of the thrust bearing of motorized feed water pump for unit 3 in Zhangjiakou Power Plant, the reason of over-temperature of non-working surface of the thrust bearing is found out, thus provides a correct way to analyze and solve the failure of thrust bearing caused by over temperature.
