2型糖尿病患者血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平的变化及其与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:6

Changes of gamma-glutamyltransferase in type 2 diabetes and its association with carotid atheros clerosis

摘要 目的观察T2DM患者血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)的变化,探讨GGT与T2DM患者颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)的关系。方法选择T2DM(T2DM组)患者35例和正常对照者(NC组)40名,分析GGT和CAS的关系。结果T2DM组GGT高于NC组(P<0.05);T2DM组发生CAS 15例,其中9例为双侧;NC组CAS者2例,其中1例为双侧。Logistic回归分析示,年龄、高血糖和GGT是颈动脉斑块的独立预测因素。结论 T2DM患者GGT水平高于正常人群,同时T2DM患者GGT水平升高与颈动脉粥样斑块形成相关。 Objective To observe changes in serum gamma-glutamyltransferase (CGT) and its association with carotid atherosclerosis. Methods 35 T2DM patients hospitalized in Endocrinology Department of the Second Hospital of HeBei Medical University from February 2011 to February 2012 were collected. Meantime, 40 healthy cases were taken as the control group Results G-GT level was higher in T2DM patients than in the control group (P〈0.05) ; 15 cases had carotid atherosclerosis (CAS) in T2DM group, including 9 cases with bilateral carotid plaques. On the other hand, there were only 2 cases with CAS in the control group, including 1 case with bilateral carotid plaques. Logistic regression analysis showed that age, hyperglycemia and serum C_d3T were the independent predictors of carotid plaques. Conclusion Serum levels of GGT in patients with T2DM are higher than those in healthy people, and the elevated serum CGT is closely related to carotid plaques.
