摘要
γ—谷氨酰转肽酶(γ—GT)与原发性肝癌(下简称肝癌)发生、发展之间的关系,日益受到重视。很多人已把它视为既敏感,又特异的肝癌标志酶。近年来,甲胎蛋白(AFP)虽已广泛应用于肝癌的早期诊断,但对于转移癌及胆管细胞癌类型的肝癌其特异性不高,检出阳性率较低。为此,我们将两者联合应用,互为补足,测定了286例肝癌患者血清γ—GT活性和AFP含量,结果表明二者之间不仅有着较高的符合率,而且两种方法的联合应用较单独使用一种方法为好,其中测定血清γ—GT活性较AFP更为敏感,对于协助临床提高肝癌的诊断率是值得推荐的方法。
γ-Glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT) is one of the oncofetal proteins andis recognized as a tumor marker for experimentally induced hepatocarcinogensis. It has been suggested that the determination of serum γ-GT activity is the most sensitive biochemical test for liver diseases , such as metastatic liver cancer acute and chronic hepatitis and hepatoma.Although alphafetoprotein (AFP) has been used for the diagnsosis of human liver cancer, lower percentage of elevation was frequently encountered in patients with metastatic liver cancer and choledochal cell carcinoma.These studies prompted us to use a method for the simultaneous determination of serum γ-GT and AFP for the diagnoses of human liver cancer. A good concordance was found between the levels of the serum γ-GT and AEP, the measurement of both serum γ-GT activity and AFP is more sensitive than AFP alone for the diagnosis and monitoring liver malignant tumors.
