摘要
秦皇岛市是国务院1984年认定的全国首批14个沿海开放城市之一,其交通条件和地理位置对物流业的发展十分优越。河北省"十一五规划"也将秦皇岛列为十大物流基地,但就其优质的物流资源而言,我们关注这个城市能否加速超车、将物流变成经济强劲增长的引擎之一?本文从这个角度探讨了秦皇岛能否在河北省率先发展第四方物流(简称4PL),以使物流成为支柱产业。本文讨论了秦皇岛发展4PL的基础条件、必要性、具体举措,研究内容对于其他城市也具有一定的参考价值。
Qinhuangdao City was identified one of the fourteen open coastal cities by State council in China in 1984, it＆#39;s very convinient for the development of Logistics in traffic and geography. The Eleventh Five-Year Plan also cite Qinhuangdao as one of the ten -logistics bases. However,with regard to the excellent logistics resources, what we concerns is how to make logistics the engine of Qinhuangdao City？ So this thesis discuss the possibility and necessity of developing 4PL, and how to develop the 4PL in Qinhuangdao. And also this research provides some conference for other citise in China.
