民用建筑能耗影响因素的解释结构模型分析

摘要 以民用建筑能耗为对象,归纳整理20个影响因素,构建民用建筑能耗影响因素解释结构模型。通过计算求得结构矩阵,绘制了5级递阶结构图,理顺因素间层次关系,分别找到驱动与缓解民用建筑能耗的关键因素,为促进建筑节能发展,缓解民用建筑能耗增长及制订相关政策提供参考。 Summing up 20 influencing factors of civil building energy consumption, an interpretative structural model is con- strueted to find the driving and ease key factors of civil building energy consumption. Based on the model, a structure matrix is calculated, drawing a 5 level hierarchical structural diagram and sorting out hierarchical relations among the factors, so as to provide a reference for the development of building energy saving, relieving the growth of civil buildings energy consump- tion and drawing up relevant policy.
