摘要
文章在对影响我国信息资源管理人才需求社会因素分析的基础上，提出了我国信息资源管理人才的需求结构。
Abstract The paper analyses the social factors that affects the IRM demand in China, then proposes the demand structure of the IRM talent in our country.
