摘要
目的:探讨X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)在人脑胶质瘤中的表达情况。方法:收集低级别胶质瘤31例、高级别胶质瘤36例、正常脑组织35例,分别采用RT-PCR、Western blot和免疫组织化学染色方法测定脑组织中XIAP mRNA及蛋白表达水平。结果:低、高级别胶质瘤组织中XIAP mRNA及蛋白表达水平较正常脑组织显著上调,高级别胶质瘤组织中XIAP mRNA及蛋白表达水平较低级别胶质瘤组织显著上调(F=118.659和127.312,P<0.001)。结论:XIAP在人脑胶质瘤中呈高表达,且与胶质瘤的病理分级有关,可能参与人脑胶质瘤的发生和进展。
Aim:To investigate the expression and significance of X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein ( XIAP) in human glioma .Methods:There were 31 cases of low grade glioma ,36 cases of high grade glioma and 35 cases normal brain tissue.The expressions of XIAP mRNA and protein were detected by RT-PCR,Western blot and immunohistochemis-try.Results:The expression levels of XIAP mRNA and protein were significantly higher in human glioma tissue than those in normal brain tissue ,and the expression levels of XIAP mRNA and protein were significantly higher in high -grade glioma group than those in low-grade glioma group(F=118.659 and 127.312,P〈0.001).Conclusion:The mRNA and protein expression levels of XIAP were significantly high in human glioma which are associated with the grade of glioma .Therefore, XIAP may participate in the development and progression of human glioma .
