摘要
以氨磺酸为催化剂催化合成了异丁酸丁酯 ,确定了酯化优化条件 .实验结果表明 ,醇酸摩尔比为 1 .8,异丁酸用量为 0 .2 mol的情况下 ,催化剂用量 1 .0 g,带水剂甲苯 1 5m L,反应时间 2 .0 h,反应温度为 1 0 7~ 1 1 6℃是最佳反应条件 ,酸的酯化率达到 97.5% .
A method of synthesis of butyl isobutyrate catalyzed by amidosulphonic acid has been studied.The results show that the appropriate conditions should be:weight of catalyst is 1.0g,molar ratio of n butanol to isobutyric acid is 1.8,the taking water reagent(toluene)is 15mL (when isobutyric acid is 0.2mol),the reaction time is 2.0h,the reaction temperature is 107~116℃.The yield of butyl isobutyrate is about 97.5%.
