摘要
目的探讨帕罗西汀联合伊托比利治疗功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)的临床疗效。方法将130例诊断为FD的患者随机分为对照组(65例)和观察组(65例),对照组给予泮托拉唑、铝碳酸镁治疗,并配合饮食、生活习惯的调整;观察组在上述常规治疗的基础上联合应用帕罗西汀和伊托比利片,两组疗程均为12周,观察治疗前、后功能性消化不良症状评分、疗效及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分变化。结果治疗后两组各项评分均显著下降,观察组疗效及评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论帕罗西汀联合伊托比利能显著改善FD患者的临床症状。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of paroxetine hydrochloride combined with itopride hydrochlo- ride tablets in treatment of funetional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods One hundred and thirty patients with diagnosis of functional indigestion were randomly divided into control group （65 cases） and observation group （65 cases）. Patients in control group took orally pantoprazole and hydrotalcite, and cooperated with adjustment of diet and living habits. On the basis of control group, patients in observation group took paroxetine and itopride. The time of treatment was 12 weeks. Functional dyspepsia symptoms score, curative effect and Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） score changes were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, HAMD scores were all decreased significantly in two groups, the curative efficacy and HAMP scores had statistical significance between two groups. Conclusion Paroxetine hydrochloride combined with itopride hydrochloride tablets in treatment of the FD can improve the patients clinical symptoms.
