摘要
汽车覆盖件拉延模型面设计是一项在覆盖件产品三维模型基础上进行边界条件设计的创造性工作 .本文采用特征技术进行工艺补充面、压料面、拉延筋、凹模圆角的设计 ,并根据设计特点和功能类型形成特征组 .由于特征影响区域和特征映射现象的存在 ,通过将各特征组有机动态装配从而形成一个优化整体 ,提高了拉延模工艺型面设计的质量和效率 。
The die-face of automobile panel drawing die is a creative work which is a boundary condition design based on a panel product 3-D model. The addendum, binder surface, drawbead and die round corner were designed by the way of feature technology. Some similar features are constituted feature groups according to the design characteristics and functions. Because of the feature influencing region and feature reflecting phenomenon. the feature groups were assembled dynamically to get the optimum drawing die-face. This method improves the design quality and efficiency, and solves the conversion from geometry model to FEM model.
