大鼠烫伤后脏器血管内皮细胞损伤及蜕皮甾酮对其保护作用的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 研究大鼠烫伤后脏器血管内皮细胞通透性变化及机制 ,蜕皮甾酮 (EDS)对脏器损伤的保护作用。方法 将健康Wistar大鼠随机分成 4组 :正常对照组 (NOM) ;烫伤组 (S) ;药物对照组 (EDS) ;药物治疗组 (S +EDS)。测定指标 :心肺肾血管通透性 ;组织VE 钙粘附分子表达 ;组织血管内皮细胞间连接超微结构变化。结果 鼠烫伤后烫伤组脏器血管内皮细胞通透性增加 ,VE 钙粘附分子表达减少 ,组织血管内皮细胞间连接损伤 ;EDS治疗后上述各指标损伤减轻。结论 鼠烫伤后血管内皮细胞通透性增加 ,内皮细胞连接损伤可能是通透性增加的原因之一 ,EDS对烫伤鼠血管内皮细胞损伤可能有一定的保护作用。 Objective To study the changes of permeability of intracellular junction among the VECs and the protective effect of ecdysterone (EDS) on VECs injury in rat after scalding. Methods Healthy Wistar rats were randomized into 4 groups: ①Normal control group (NOM); ②Scalded group (S): the animals were inflicted with 30% TBSA full thickness scald injury; ③EDS control group (EDS): the non scalded rats with EDS (20 mg/rat); ④EDS treated group (S+EDS): the scald rats were treated with EDS (20 mg/rat). The vascular permeability and expression of VE calcium adhesion molecules in various organs were measured. Results In S group the permeability of VECs increased, expression of VE calcium adhesion molecules decreased, intracellular junction of VECs injured. After EDS treatment all the changes alleviated. Conclusion The permeability of VECs increases after scalding. Intracellular junction injury may be one of the reason for the increasing of permeability. EDS may have certain protective effect on the injury of VECs in scalded rat.
