摘要
针对选煤厂所采用的传统除尘设备体积大、功耗高、使用效果不理想等问题,提出采用超声雾化综合除尘技术;从空气动力学、云物理学、超声共振、水雾活塞4方面分析了超声雾化工作原理,选煤厂的应用实践表明,设备除尘效率可达到95%以上。
Aiming at problems confronted from employing conventional de-dusting facility such as large volume of equipment,high energy consumption and unsatisfied performance, employing comprehensive de-dusting technique with ultra-sonic fog spraying proposed; analysis of its working principles in 4 respects,i. e.,air dynamics,cloud physics,ultra-sonic resonance and plunger water fog; its application in coal preparation plant denoted that the efficiency of de-dusting being up to 95%.
