摘要
为解决选煤厂运输廊道粉尘浓度过高的问题,以新疆奇台某选煤厂运输廊道为研究对象,依据气固两相流理论与DPM模型,运用Fluent软件对选煤厂运输廊道粉尘分布规律进行数值模拟研究,并设计了一套自动喷雾降尘装置。研究结果表明,可通过控制输送带运行速度来改变输送带表面附近气流流场分布,输送带的最佳运输速度为2 m/s;在运输廊道尾部安装除尘罩能够有效降低廊道内粉尘污染;除尘系统风机的最佳排风量为9500 m^(3)/h。现场增设的粉尘浓度传感器和气水喷雾喷嘴能够有效实现粉尘浓度监测和自动喷雾降尘功能,为选煤厂运输廊道粉尘防治提供了行之有效的途径。
In order to solve the problem of high dust concentration in transport corridor of coal preparation plant,the article takes the transport corridor of Xinjiang Qitai coal preparation plant as the research object,and based on the gas-solid two-phase flow theory and DPM model,uses the Fluent software to conduct a numerical simulation study on the dust distribution law of the transport corridor,and designs a set of automatic spray dust removal device.The results show that the distribution of air flow field near the conveyor belt surface can be changed by controlling the running speed of the belt.The conveyor best transport speed of the belt is 2 m/s.The dust removal cover installed at the tail of the transport corridor can effectively reduce the dust pollution in the gallery.The optimal exhaust air volume of the fan of the dust removal system is 9500 m^(3)/h.The dust concentration sensor and spray nozzle added on site can effectively realize the function of dust concentration monitoring and automatic spray dust removal,which provides an effective way for the transport corridor dust prevention and control of coal preparation plant.
