摘要
目的观察黄芪注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用黄芪注射液治疗,14 d为1疗程,治疗前后进行心脏彩超和B型脑钠肽(BNP)检测。结果 2组患者治疗后BNP均下降(P<0.05)、治疗后左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)、每搏出量(SV)、心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)均升高(P<0.05),治疗组改善慢性心力衰竭的程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭,能降低BNP、升高LVEF、FS、SV、CO、CI等,改善心力衰竭症状。
Objective To observe the effect of astragalus injection on chronic heart failure. Methods 60 patients were ran- domly divided into treatment group and control group （30 cases in each group）. The control group was given conventional treatment. The treatment group was added astragalus injection besides conventional treatment （ 14 days as one course of treat- ment）. Echocardiography and BNP testing were detected before and after treatment. Results After treatment, BNP de- creased （ P 〈 0.05） and LVEF, FS, SV, CO, CI increased （ P 〈 O. 05）. The degree of chronic heart failure in the treatment group is more improved than that of the control group （ P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Astragalus injection can decrease BNP, in- crease LVEF, FS, SV, CO, CI and improve the symptoms of heart failure.
