摘要
目的探讨应用复方丹参滴丸对2型糖尿病合并慢性心力衰竭患者B型脑钠肽、C反应蛋白的影响。方法选取我院从2010年1。12月收治的80例2型糖尿病合并慢性心力衰竭患者做为研究对象。分为治疗组与对照组，每组40例。另选20例健康成人做为正常对照组。治疗组与对照组均采用常规基本治疗，治疗组给予复方丹参滴丸，比较两组患者治疗前后的心功能检测指标。结果（1）治疗组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P〈0．05）。（2）两组患者治疗后心功能指数检测数据对比，治疗组患者更接近正常健康成人水平，差异具统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用复方丹参滴丸治疗2型糖尿病合并慢性心力衰竭患者效果好，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of compound Danshen dripping pill on B-type natriuretic peptide and C-reactive protein of patients with diabetes B combined with chronic heart failure. Methods Eighty patients with diabetes B combined with chronic heart failure admitted into our hospital from January to December 2010 were as the objects of study,and were divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group had 40 patients.Twenty healthy adults were chose as the normal control group.The two groups were given regular basic treatment,while the treatment group was given compound Danshen dripping pill on the basis of regular basic treatment.The detecting indicators of cardiac function of patients in two groups were compared before and after the treatment. Results （1） The total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.（2）Compared with the control group,the detecting indicators of cardiac function of patients in the treatment group after the treatment were closer to normal levels of healthy adults,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Using compound Danshen dripping pill in the treatment of patients with diabetes B combined with chronic heart failure has good effect,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
