摘要
目的通过分析乳腺钼靶摄影中非甲级片产生的原因,探讨钼靶摄影正确的体位设计和投照方法,以期提高图像质量。方法 459例女性均常规拍摄双侧乳腺头尾位(CC位)和内外侧斜位(MLO位)共1 836幅X线片,对乳腺平片质量进行标准评价。结果 1 836幅乳腺图像中,优质甲级片1 747幅,占95.2%,由于各种因素未达甲级片标准的89幅,占4.8%。结论未达甲级片标准的乳腺平片均存在体位设计或摄影技术问题,因此,精心设计的体位和准确的摄影技术以及与患者的良好沟通,是获得高质量乳腺平片的必要条件。
Objective To explore the appropriate projection methods in molybdenum target mammography by analyzing the factors in obtaining non-A films, aiming at improving the quality of images. Methods A total of 1,836 X-ray films were taken on 459 fe- males in routine bilateral breast cranioeaudal (CC) position and mediolateral oblique (MLO) position, and the qualities of the films were evaluated. Results As a result, 1,747 of 1,836 films were classed as grade A, with a grade-A rate of 95.2% ; 89 films were not grade-A due to some specific factors, with a non-A rate of 4.8%. Conclusion Non-A plain films were brought by existence of position design or radiographic skill problems, so elaborate design of position, accurate radiographic operation and good communica- tion with patients are essential in obtaining high quality breast plain films.
