摘要
以华北土石山区不同龄组的典型侧柏人工林为研究对象,利用碱液吸收法测定土壤呼吸,用通径分析的方法研究了土壤呼吸与环境因子间的关系。结果表明:1)成熟林的土壤呼吸速率(607.821mg·m-2·d-1)要高于幼林(593.046mg·m-2·d-1),树龄是影响土壤呼吸速率的重要因素之一;2)单因子分析显示,成熟林对各环境因子变化的响应要高于幼林;3)通径分析表明,温度能解释土壤呼吸速率的94%,是影响不同龄组侧柏林土壤呼吸变化的决定因素。
Soil respiration is an important issue in research on regional carbon budget and global change. The typical Platycladus orientalis forests in rocky mountain area of North China were taken as the research object.Soil respiration rates were determined by using the alkali absorption technique. The correlation between soil respiration and environmental factors was discussed by path analysis. The results show that:( 1) the soil respiration of the mature forest( 607. 821mg·m-2·d-1) was higher than that of the young forest( 593. 046mg·m-2·d-1). Age-groups were an important factor on soil respiration of Platycladus orientalis forest.( 2) Results of the single factor analysis showed that the mature forest had a better response to the change of major environmental factors than the young forest.( 3) The results of path analysis showed that temperature could explain 94% of the soil respiration. The temperature had the most significant effect on soil respiration of Platycladus orientalis forest in different age-groups.
