摘要
本试验对山西省的襄汾圆枣、蛤蟆枣、临汾团枣的耐藏性进行了比较研究,并对襄汾圆枣采后的呼吸变化、通气量对襄汾圆枣腐烂率的影响进行了研究。
In this experiment,the keeping property of Xiang Fen Yuanzao、Hamazao、Lin Fen Tuanzao and the post harvest respiratory rate of Xiang Fen yuanzao and the effect of ventilation amount of packge on the rate of rotting of Xiang Fen yuanzao was measured and investigated.
