摘要
目的研究生肌膏联合封闭负压引流术治疗难愈创口的临床效果。方法选取本院外科难治愈创口患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组患者单独应用封闭负压引流术对创口进行处理,治疗组患者在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合应用生肌膏治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.4%,显著高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组平均恢复时间、创面渗液干净时间、肉芽组织生长时间、上皮组织生长时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生肌膏联合封闭负压引流术治疗难愈创口的效果显著,能够减少治疗时间,降低治疗费用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of gynogenic ointment combined with vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of refractory wound.Methods 60 cases of wound patients in surgical department of our hospital were di- vided into treatment group and control group randomly.30 patients in control group were given with vacuum sealing drainage on wound treatment singly.30 patients in treatment group were given with the treatment of gynogenic ointment based on the control group.The clinical efficacy was observed betweent two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.4%,was significantly higher than 73.3% of the control group （P〈0.05）.The average recovery- time,clean the wound exudate time,granulation tissue growth time,the growth of epithelial tissue in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group respectively （P〈0.05）.Conelusion Application of vacuum sealing drainage combined with gynogenic ointment on wound healing in patients is remarkable with the advantage to reduce the treatment time and cost.
