摘要
老年性阴道炎是妇科绝经前后妇女常见病、多发病。曾倩主任认为治疗老年性阴道炎宜从整体出发,究其发病之根本-肝肾阴虚,养阴润窍,兼以扶正祛邪,佐以清热利湿法,方以六味四妙丸辨证加减,临床疗效显著。
Senile vaginitis is a common and frequently - occurring disease in gynaecology and always occurs to postmenopaus- al women. Physician ZENG Qian considers that senile vaginitis should be treated from the overall view and its basic pathogenesis is liver and kidney yin deficiency. The treatment principle should be nourishing yin and moistening orifices and strengthening the body qi to eliminate pathogenic factors, coupled with clearing heat and dampness. Meanwhile, the modification of Liuwei Simiao Pill is formed and its clinical effect is remarkable.
