摘要
张吉金教授临证50余年,精于脉理,擅于辨证,其治疗顽疾独辟蹊径,常获佳效。文章对张吉金教授治疗老年性阴道炎的3个验案进行分析,论述了治疗老年性阴道炎应明确本虚标实,虚补实泻,为医学者治疗老年性阴道炎拓宽了思路。
Professor ZHANG Jijin has been dealt with Chinese medical practice for over 50 years,she is good at theory of pulse and syndrome differentiation,he often has the extraordinary methods in the treatment of some stubborn illnesses.This article reported the treatment of 3 cases of Senile vaginitis by Zhang Jijin.Discussed the treatment of Senile vaginitis,which should be distinguished the root deficiency and the branch sthenia sthenia;deficiency syndrome should be treated by supplementing therapy,while sthenia syndrome should be treated by purgative therapy.this broaden the thinking of Treating constipation for the medical person.
